Health is our priority and we have implemented changes within our facility to keep you and our team safe. We have implemented a limit to the number of clinicians, coaches and clients that are allowed in the clinic at one time, staggering appointment times to ensure we prevent overcrowding within the clinic, and have cleaning protocols in place to maintain the safety of our clientele and team. We are lucky to have as much space as we do, however, in an effort to maintain physical distancing, we have created exercise zones. Touch points in the facility are disinfected regularly throughout the day and between cohorts of clients.
Clients will receive our online COVID-19 screening questionnaire 2 hours prior to their appointment. These are questions mandated by Public Health Ontario in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. Those who respond “yes” to any of the questions will kindly be asked to cancel their appointment and re-book once a negative test has been confirmed. Your temperature will be checked upon entry to the clinic. If you have a fever, you will not be allowed to proceed with your appointment.
Patients should have a scheduled appointment prior to coming to the facility.
All patients are asked to wear a clean mask when entering the clinic. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.
At the beginning of each shift, our team will be completing a full health screen to ensure it is safe for them to treat patients.
All clinic staff will wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment and the reception area is separated with a plexiglass barrier.
Please arrive at the time of your appointment. There are a few reserved seats in the waiting area, however, we will be asking clients who do not have mobility concerns to wait outside the clinic until your appointment time.
In an effort to keep our space safe for everyone, we ask, when possible, that you come alone to your appointment. Parents of our younger clients are more than welcome. They will be screened and asked to wear the appropriate protective equipment throughout their stay with us. If someone will be joining you at your appointment, please advise us ahead of time.
We are spacing out appointments to ensure there is adequate cleaning time between each patient. We will be disinfecting all contact areas and any exercise equipment used during our appointments. We already have high standards for cleanliness, but we are raising the bar throughout our facility.
All treatment rooms, tables, equipment, chairs, washroom, reception desk, door handles, POS machine, etc., will be sanitized following each patient interaction.
