Chiropractic

Our chiropractors combine manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization or manipulation, soft tissue therapy and acupuncture with exercise and performance training to have you feeling your best, moving well and getting strong.

What We Treat

Chiropractors are known for the treatment of spine-related disorders such as low back pain, neck pain and headaches. At PHYSELITE, we are also experts in sport-related pain and injuries. We are committed to determining the cause of your pain by assessing you as a person and athlete, not just an injury. At PHYSELITE, we regard everyone as an athlete, differing only in their sport of choice. Whether it is hockey, soccer or gardening on the weekend, we want to make sure your body is prepared for the activity you choose!

How We Treat

We will always look at the main area of complaint to determine which structures are causing your pain. The next step is to look at areas away from your pain to determine how other parts of your body may be leading to unnecessary stress or abnormal movement causing pain where you feel it. The goal of treatment is to reduce pain but more importantly, to address all other contributing factors that led you to where you are today. We can do this by improving how the joints move, how the muscles function and how strong the muscles are. This is how we transition you from rehabilitation (exercises you do when you are in pain) to performance training (exercises you do when you want to get strong and stay out of pain).
